A real estate Buyer’s Agent agreement simply stated says that you agree that should you buy a property during a given time, and in a given area, you will use us as your exclusive real estate agent.

If you do not buy a property we do not receive, nor do we expect, any compensation for our efforts. We are able to show you any property for sale in the Florida Keys, including most For Sale by Owners. If we make a commitment to work this hard for you, without any guarantee of compensation, than we expect a commitment from you. We ask that you agree to use us as your exclusive Florida Keys real estate buyer’s agent. We think it’s only fair.
