Step #2: What is my House Worth?
We determine a reality based market value for your home with a Comparable Market Analysis. We look at recently sold homes in your area and adjust their values to account for differences. If we cannot agree to a price that will attract qualified buyers, we will not list your house. We would rather walk away than disappoint you with poor results. We then execute an Exclusive Listing Agreement to become your Seller’s Agent.
Step #3: The Plan to Sell Your House
We create a specific marketing plan for selling your house including staging recommendations. Marketing on line is one of the best ways for selling real estate today and getting your home exposure. Over 70% of people looking to buy real estate start their searches on the internet. However, traditional ways of marketing are still important, and the more exposure, the better our chances of selling your home.
Step #4: Finding a Buyer for My House
The plan is executed and we present your home to qualified Buyers. Our plan for selling your home is however a living document. We may make adjustments to take advantage of situations or eliminate activities that are not working. You will hear from us on a regular basis concerning the implementation and results of our efforts.
Step #5: Negotiating the Deal
We review offers with you and assist in negotiations with Buyers. Because of our Seller's Agent relationship we will be able to recommend negotiating strategies and assist you in multiple offer scenarios that we may encounter selling your home.
Step #6: Coordinating the Closing
Once the offer is accepted, we work with you and the buyer’s representatives, to facilitate the transaction through a successful closing.
Step #7: Keeping in Touch
